Training that transforms, not merely informs.

We train the people a community turns to first, its scholars, teachers, and leaders, so that when someone is struggling, the help they meet is skilled and caring.

Flagship Initiative

The 200 Imam Initiative

When a family is struggling, the Imam is often the first person they turn to. The 200 Imam Initiative equips the leaders the community already trusts to notice when something is wrong, respond well, and refer safely. It is taught from a dedicated manual, written together by psychologists and Islamic scholars.

01

Recognise

Knowing the signs of common mental health struggles and how they show up day to day.

02

Respond

Using core listening and helping skills to give first-line support, including in a crisis.

03

Refer

Knowing where their role ends and professional care begins, and passing on safely.

On the Horizon

For the community

Community workshops

Open sessions on everyday mental health and wellbeing challenges, grounded in Islamic guidance and sound evidence.

Flagship programme · Launching March 2027

In-depth mental health training for teachers and school leaders.

A structured programme that helps teachers and leadership notice distress early, respond with confidence, and know when and how to refer, built to fit the rhythm of a busy school.

Beyond Academics

Schools, Madaaris & curriculum.

Workshops, resources and curriculum for Muslim schools and Madaaris, because a child's wellbeing and their learning go hand in hand. Built with educators, around the school calendar, never piled on top of it.

Common Questions

Good to ask.

Who is the Academy for?+

Scholars and Imams, mental health and helping professionals, educators, and the wider community. Each programme is built for a specific audience, so the training always fits who you are.

Do I need to be a scholar to take part?+

Not at all. The 200 Imam Initiative is for scholars, but our community workshops and CPD are open to professionals and members of the public alike.

Can you bring training to my Masjid, Darul Uloom or school?+

Yes. We work with Masaajid, Darul Ulooms, schools, and organisations to deliver training on-site, shaped around your community. Reach out and we'll find the right way to help.

Will I receive anything for my training?+

Yes. A certificate is given on completion, and for select programmes you also earn CPD points towards your continuing professional development.
